The School Board develops and administers new and continuing school programs that advance/sustain overall school achievement. The board sets policy and provides guidance with regular collaboration and coordination with the Principal. The school board coordinates with the Church Council in yearly operating budget review and approval. The board determines budgetary needs to support overall school operations and programs.

School Board members attend monthly staff meetings, promoting open communication and alignment between board decisions and school priorities. School Board members observe classrooms during the school day, gaining valuable insights into instructional practices and student engagement board members review students achievement data on a regular basis.

The board encourages parent attendance at monthly board meetings for transparent communication. The governing board also fefatures a teacher representative, fostering collaboration and ensuring teacher perspectives are considered in board discussions and decisions.
